Walking on original cobble streets we will then descend to visit the curious local farmers market<\/p>\n<p>From Silves, we will then head to the mountains of Monchique, though farming fields, where we can see, amongst many others, orange trees, eucalyptus and cork trees. In Monchique we will visit a local distillery, where we can learn about the processes for making &#8211; Medronho (Local moonshine) and the artisanal extraction of honey.
